JOHN H. MORISON III
Chairman
Educated in Lyndeborough, New Hampshire public schools and the Northfield Mount Hermon School. Graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 1976 with a B.A. in economics. Started his career as an inside sales representative in the Stellite Division, Cabot Corporation. In 1978, became regional sales manager in France. Became regional sales manager in Brazil in 1980 and for all of Latin America in 1981. Joined Hitchiner in 1983 as production control manager of the Ferrous Division. He became director, new business development in 1985 and, in 1991 became vice president, sales and marketing. In 1994 he became president, international and in February of 1995 he was appointed president and chief executive officer. In May 2002 he was appointed chairman.
TIMOTHY SULLIVAN, Esq.
Vice President Administration
Graduated from Tufts University with a B.S. in biology and earned a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School and a certificate in strategic human resource management from Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration. Employed by United Parcel Service 1986 to 1995 as corporate legal council (Atlanta, GA) and in various human resource functions at the district level (Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts). Appointed to the State of New Hampshire Compensation Appeals Board by Governor Stephen Merrill in 1996. Joined Hitchiner as corporate manager of administration in 1995 with responsibilities ranging from managing in-house legal and administrative affairs to specific responsibilities in human resources including ethics compliance and training, corporate safety, and environmental affairs. Promoted to director of administration and corporate council for legal and administrative affairs. Appointed vice president, Administration in August 2005.
RANDAL J. DONOVAN
Vice President - Finance, CFO, Treasurer & Corporate Secretary
Holds a B.S. degree in accounting from NH College and is a CPA. Employed at the Freudenberg Companies for thirteen years, most recently as chief financial officer of the Components Division of Freudenberg-NOK. Prior to that, he worked in public accounting for Ernst & Young (and a predecessor firm) in Manchester, NH rising to the level of senior audit manager. In the 1980s, worked at Wang Labs for three years in operations analysis. Joined Hitchiner as vice president - Finance on February 9, 2004.
JAMES E. PASQUALONI
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Educated in Hamden, CT public schools and Notre Dame High School, West Haven, CT. Graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1966 with a B.A. in economics. Started his career in 1966 as a buyer for Pratt & Whitney Aircraft, East Hartford, CT. First joined Hitchiner in 1971 as an inside sales engineer at the Wallingford Plant. Went on to outside sales, Wallingford sales manager and Wallingford plant manager. Left in 1979 to join TRW, Inc. as sales manager for the ceramics operation and then moved to the Uni-Cast Division of Sturm, Ruger, eventually serving as general manager for the division. Became independent manufacturers' representative in 1989 and rejoined Hitchiner as director of market development in January of 1995. He was appointed vice president, sales and marketing, in January of 1996.
RICHARD L. SHARKEY
Vice President Ferrous Operations - Mexico
Educated in Medford, MA public school system. Graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 1967 with a B.S. in metallurgy. Earned a M.S. in metallurgy, 1969, and a Ph.D. in metallurgy, 1971, from the University of Cincinnati. Worked at the University as a teaching assistant from 1967 - 1971. Became assistant manager research at American Steel Foundries in 1974. Hired at Hitchiner in 1976 as manager of technical center. Has held a variety of positions over the years including manager licensee engineering, chief engineer, director of process development, general manager of Mexican operations, and vice president of corporate engineering. Appointed vice president, Ferrous Operations - Mexico in March of 2002.

TERENCE ROSE
President
Began his career as an engineering apprentice at Westland Aircraft Ltd. in the United Kingdom. Upon completion of his apprenticeship, became an engineer analyzing the stress limits of structures and components used in the helicopters manufactured by Westland. Left Westland Aircraft in 1968 to undertake a new career in the investment casting industry. For 37 years, held many engineering and management positions, including five years at Hitchiner licensee APV Paramount, where he was responsible for the installation and operation of APV's first CLA casting machine at their Crawley plant in the U.K. In 1985, joined Howmet as plant manager of the Exeter Castings Operation. Since then has been responsible for many different Howmet plants, including Wichita Falls Castings, where he led the management team as they developed and implemented business plans and strategies consistent with synchronous manufacturing concepts. Recently retired from Howmet as vice president, Industrial Gas Turbines. On October 1, 2005 Terry Rose was appointed president of Hitchiner Manufacturing Co., Inc.
MICHAEL R. HANRAHAN
Vice President U.S. Operations
Graduate of Midwestern State University with a BAAS in management. Began career in investment castings with Howmet, Wichita Falls, Texas in 1981. Held numerous manufacturing, engineering and business management positions focusing on lean manufacturing principles. In 1999, moved to Montreal, Canada as Business Center Manager for Howmet Aluminum, tasked with coordinating the design, construction and operation of Howmet's newest casting facility. This facility fully utilized all of the latest manufacturing techniques. October 1999, moved to Lecreusot, France as general manager. Products ranged from simple equiax aerospace through large industrial gas turbine components. October 2000, moved to Exeter, England as general manager of the Howmet Exeter manufacturing site. Responsible for the manufacturing of equiax, directionally solidified and single crystal castings, alloy production and the design and construction of an ultra lean ceramic core facility. October 2002, moved to Whitehall, Michigan to serve as site general manager for three manufacturing facilities responsible for production of equiax, directionally solidified and single crystal aerospace castings. March of 2004, was given added responsibility for Howmet's central ceramic core facility located in Morristown, Tennessee. April 2005, became director of manufacturing and general manager of Howmet adding Howmet's Mexican operation in Aluna, Mexico. Joined Hitchiner, June 1, 2005 as vice president and general manager and in October 2005 assumed the position of vice president, U.S. Operations.
PAUL H. MIKKOLA
President, Metal Casting Technology, Inc.
Graduate of Michigan Tech with a B.S. in metallurgical engineering. Joined General Motors Corp. in 1966 as a college student trainee at the Chevrolet Division's Tonawanda plant. Received a Masters Degree in metallurgical engineering through a National Science Foundation fellowship at the University of Wisconsin in 1968. Returned to G.M.'s Saginaw Malleable Iron plant as a process/production engineer. In 1973 was named chief metallurgist. Promoted to manufacturing superintendent at the Defiance, Ohio plant in April of 1980. Became production manager at the Saginaw Malleable Iron plant in November of 1980 and in 1983, was promoted to general superintendent at the Saginaw Nodular Iron plant. Was named manager of advanced manufacturing engineering for Central Foundry Division in 1986, and transferred to divisional offices. Assigned to the corporate advanced engineering staff in 1989 at the General Motors Technical Center in Warren, Michigan, and later that year the assignment was extended to include a period with G.M. Hughes in Los Angeles, California. Was promoted to the position of technical director of the Central Foundry Division in 1990. That same year, Mikkola became a director of Metal Casting Technology, Inc., the Hitchiner-General Motors Corp. joint venture research and development company. Was named to the position of director of advanced manufacturing engineering at General Motors Powertrain Division in 1996 and was responsible for a group of over 250 engineers and technicians working on advanced manufacturing and material development for the casting, engine and transmission sectors of the business. Paul Mikkola joined Hitchiner in October 1998 as executive vice president, operations. Named president of Metal Casting Technology, Inc. in December of 2001.
