JOHN H. MORISON III
Chairman, CEO & President
Educated in Lyndeborough, New Hampshire public schools and the Northfield Mount Hermon School. Graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 1976 with a B.A. in economics. Started his career as an inside sales representative in the Stellite Division, Cabot Corporation. In 1978, became regional sales manager in France. Became regional sales manager in Brazil in 1980 and for all of Latin America in 1981. Joined Hitchiner in 1983 as production control manager of the Ferrous Division. He became director, new business development in 1985 and, in 1991 became vice president, sales and marketing. In 1994 he became president, international and in February of 1995 he was appointed president and chief executive officer. In May 2002 he was appointed chairman.

MICHEL PETIT
Executive Vice President Sales & Business Development
Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from ENI in Belfort, France and a Master's Degree in Welding at ESSA in Paris, France, and a Master's in Metallurgy and and an MBA from the University of Connecticut. Comes to Hitchiner from EDAC Technologies where he had held several positions, most recently serving as its Vice President of Engineering. Prior to EDAC, had served in various executive positions at MTU Aero Engines North America, GKN Aerospace and Teleflex Aerospace.

Chief Operating Officer, Holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management (Magna Cum Laude) from Albertus Magnus College, New Haven, Connecticut. Came to Hitchiner from Wyman-Gordon Investment Casting, Groton, CT and Doncasters Group Ltd, where he was the Vice President of Operations/General Manager for their Precision Castings New England facility prior to joining Hitchiner in 2016.

SCOTT BIEDERMAN
Vice President, Technology
Graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and a M.S. Degree in Materials Science and Engineering. Began career at General Motors R & D center in Warren, MI in 1994 and moved to Saginaw, MI as a process engineer in 1996. Moved to Massena, NY in 2000 and held various positions in production supervision, quality and manufacturing engineering. Moved to Milford, NH as a Liaison Engineer for GM at Metal Casting Technology, Inc. (MCT) in 2003. Became President, MCT in 2008. Joined Hitchiner® in 2012 as President, MCT and Hitchiner's Vice President, Technology . Received the AFS Howard F. Taylor Award in 1997 and is a member of AFS, FEF and ASM.

Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Philosophy from Northeastern University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of New Hampshire. Started his career as Hitchiner's Internal Controls Auditor and has since held positions in quality, operations, and finance.


KEVIN T. KUCENSKI Vice President, Finance

KEVIN T. KUCENSKI
Vice President, Finance
Holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, from Southern Connecticut State University and an MBA in Finance from Central Connecticut State University. Came to Hitchiner from Global Brass and Copper Subsidiaries having been employed in several of its Olin Brass Business Units between 2013 – 2018 holding positions of Director, Operational Accounting, SBU Controller, and Plant Controller.  Prior to joining Global Brass and Copper held various Finance management roles within Doncasters.  Joined Hitchiner in September 2017 as Corporate Controller and promoted to Vice President, Finance in April 2018.
