JOHN H. MORISON III
Chairman & CEO
Educated in Lyndeborough, New Hampshire public schools and the Northfield Mount Hermon School. Graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 1976 with a B.A. in economics. Started his career as an inside sales representative in the Stellite Division, Cabot Corporation. In 1978, became regional sales manager in France. Became regional sales manager in Brazil in 1980 and for all of Latin America in 1981. Joined Hitchiner in 1983 as production control manager of the Ferrous Division. He became director, new business development in 1985 and, in 1991 became vice president, sales and marketing. In 1994 he became president, international and in February of 1995 he was appointed president and chief executive officer. In May 2002 he was appointed chairman.
President & Chief Operating Officer
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Development from Thames Valley State Technical College. Comes to Hitchiner from Ellwood Group Inc. where he was V.P. and General Manager of Ellwood's Texas Forge and Machining Operations. Prior to joining Ellwood, held management positions with responsibilities in operations and human resources for industry leaders Chromalloy, Firth Rixson, and Precision Castparts Corp. Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
J RANDAL J. DONOVAN
Executive Vice President - Finance, CFO, Treasurer & Corporate Secretary
Holds a B.S. degree in accounting from NH College and is a CPA. Employed at the Freudenberg Companies for thirteen years, most recently as Chief Financial Officer of the Components Division of Freudenberg-NOK. Prior to that, he worked in public accounting for Ernst & Young (and a predecessor firm) in Manchester, NH rising to the level of senior audit manager. In the 1980s, worked at Wang Labs for three years in operations analysis. Joined Hitchiner as vice president - Finance on February 9, 2004.
TIMOTHY SULLIVAN, Esq.
Vice President Corporate Affairs and Services
Graduated from Tufts University with a B.S. in biology and earned a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School and a certificate in strategic human resource management from Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration. Employed by United Parcel Service 1986 to 1995 as corporate legal council (Atlanta, GA) and in various human resource functions at the district level (Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts). Appointed to the State of New Hampshire Compensation Appeals Board by Governor Stephen Merrill in 1996. Joined Hitchiner as corporate manager of administration in 1995 with responsibilities ranging from managing in-house legal and administrative affairs to specific responsibilities in human resources including ethics compliance and training, corporate safety and environmental affairs. Promoted to director of administration and corporate council for legal and administrative affairs. Appointed vice president, administration in August, 2005. Promoted to vice president, corporate affairs and services in January 2011 with the additional responsibilities for information services.
Vice President Sales & Marketing
A mechanical engineer by education, Ken came to Hitchiner from Formed Fiber Technologies, where he served as director of engineering and sales for that company's automotive business. Ken joined Hitchiner’s automotive sales and marketing group in 2008, transitioning to expand his role to include the aerospace and defense arena in 2013. Ken was promoted to the position of Vice President, Sales & Marketing in December, 2013.
Executive Vice President Sales & Business Development
Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from ENI in Belfort, France and a Master's Degree in Welding at ESSA in Paris, France, and a Master's in Metallurgy and and an MBA from the University of Connecticut. Comes to Hitchiner from EDAC Technologies where he had held several positions, most recently serving as its Vice President of Engineering. Prior to EDAC, had served in various executive positions at MTU Aero Engines North America, GKN Aerospace and Teleflex Aerospace.
BRIAN S. HOOVER
Vice President and General Manager, Gas Turbine Operations
Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Administration from St. Leo University and an MBA from Purdue University. Came to Hitchiner from Doncasters, Shrewsbury, UK, where he served as its General Manager. In addition to having served in several general manager and director of operations positions at Firth Rixson, Doncasters Southern Tool, PCC and Howmet, from 2003 – 2008 Brian was president/general manager of ESCO Corporation in Eastlake, OH. Joined Hitchiner on November 3, 2014 as Manager, Manufacturing for Gas Turbine Operations. Promoted to Vice President and General Manager of Gas Turbine Operations in September 2015.
Vice President and General Manager, Ferrous Operations
Vice President and General Manager, Ferrous Operations Holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management (Magna Cum Laude) from Albertus Magnus College, New Haven, Connecticut. Came to Hitchiner from Wyman-Gordon Investment Casting, Groton, CT and Doncasters Group Ltd, where for the past twelve years he has been the Vice President of Operations/General Manager for their Precision Castings New England facility.
JOHN R. SEXTON
Vice President, Corporate Quality
Joined Hitchiner in November 2015 from Ellwood Texas Forge where he was Technical Director for Engineering and Quality Assurance. Previously held quality management roles at HHI-Cloyes, Supreme Gear Company, and FormTech. Responsible for coordination of all aspects of the Company’s quality program, ensuring that the Company’s quality program meets or exceeds internal and external customers’ needs and expectations. In addition, is responsible for building strong relationships with major customers and effectively relating the quality function to the business as a whole through substantially enhancing quality systems and infrastructure.
JORGE L. CAMPILLO
Vice President, Commercial and New Programs for Mexico and the Southern Region
Graduated from La Salle University with a Mechanical – Electrical Engineer degree at the Campus Mexico City. Employed by the Secretaria de Comunicaciones y Transportes 1981 to 1983 as Lab. Supervisor. From 1983 to 1986 joined Bufete Industrial, an electro-mechanical construction company, as General Supervisor for the automated control system installations on the construction of several subway lines at Mexico City. 1986 to 1989 Teacher for the Engineering College of the University Tec of Monterrey, campus Toluca. Joined Hitchiner's Santiago Tianguistenco plant in November 1989 as Manufacturing Engineer. While at Hitchiner, held different positions as Process Engineer, QA Manager, Production Manager, Plant Manager, General Manager and promoted to Vice President, Mexico Operations in January 2012. Assigned to current position in February 2017.
Vice President, Technology
Graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and a M.S. Degree in Materials Science and Engineering. Began career at General Motors R & D center in Warren, MI in 1994 and moved to Saginaw, MI as a process engineer in 1996. Moved to Massena, NY in 2000 and held various positions in production supervision, quality and manufacturing engineering. Moved to Milford, NH as a Liaison Engineer for GM at Metal Casting Technology, Inc. (MCT) in 2003. Became President, MCT in 2008. Joined Hitchiner® in 2012 as President, MCT and Hitchiner's Vice President, Technology . Received the AFS Howard F. Taylor Award in 1997 and is a member of AFS, FEF and ASM.
JOHN H. MORISON IV
Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Philosophy from Northeastern University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of New Hampshire. Started his career as Hitchiner's Internal Controls Auditor and has since held positions in quality, operations, and finance.
